Hi, my name is Dave Lewerenz… I specialize in super detailed cleaning. I get in those cracks, crevices, undersides, etc… that most cleaning companies miss. Most cleaning companies work on several jobs per day, so they don’t have the time to do really detailed cleaning like I do. Yes, my rates tend to be higher then what most cleaning companies charge, as I take the time needed to produce the best results possible!
Below is a few of the specialty cleaning services I offer, along with estimated rates. In order to give you an exact price, I’ll need to come out and see what you need cleaned and then I can give you an exact price.
- Residential Oven / Stove —- $35 to $50 depending on how dirty it is.
- Residential Refrigerator — $35 per fridge
- Residential Kitchen — $75 to $150 depending on size and dirtiness
- Residential Grout and Tile — $1.50 per square foot… minimum $50.00
- Business Refrigerator(s) — $40 each
- Employee Lunch / Break Rooms including all appliances— $125
- Offices… Includes basic cleaning + cleaning dirt smudges from walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, dividers, doors, floor corners, desk / chair legs, polishing desks, etc… — $75 and up based on office size.
